Featured in Log Home Living Magazine, The Treehouse was constructed in British Columbia before being transported to it's picturesque setting on Lake Otsego. This home has 160-feet of private lakefront and sits nearby acres of undisturbed property, Glimmerglass State Park. We are 7-miles from downtown Cooperstown, the home of baseball, and 11-miles from Cooperstown Dreams Park.

Enjoy stunning views from nearly every room during every season of the year. In the summer months, you can park your boat right on our private dock and the kids can play on our water trampoline. In the spring or fall, you can take out one of our kayaks and enjoy s'mores around the fire-pit by the water. Lake Otsego does freeze over and this is a popular destination for ice fishing and winter sports, as weather permits. Inside, warm up by the 3-story stone fire place that runs through the home's cathedral ceilings.

On the main level is the Great Room, a master bedroom with ensuite, a powder room, an open concept kitchen and a dining area that seats up to 14 guests. On the upper level is 2 bedrooms with a queen bed and 2 twins, as well as a full bath. On the lake level a family room and game room, which include a flat screen TV and a foosball table. There are two more bedrooms on the lake level, including a queen with an en suite and a bedroom with 4 bunk beds. There is a massive wraparound porch on the lake side with a baseball diamond picnic table. On the forest side where the driveway is located, you can pull right up to the home under a massive portico.

The Main House is connected to a Guest House, the 'Birds Nest', by a breezeway. For an additional rate of $300/night you can rent the Birds Nest, which includes a kitchen, a full bath, a queen bed, 2 balconies, and a bedroom with 2 twin beds.
